His intention (which in most people manifests as tension) seems so invisible that it's as if a robot is doing the form. I have a feeling that if one were to push with this man, his intention would be just as difficult to feel as it is to see.

This is not the fast form but the Wu slow form done at a faster pace.

You have to reread the description of the video -> "fast round form". And FWIW: In Hongkong there is no form, that is called "slow form". The material has been standardized differently in the various branches of the Wu style.
