at the end she finds harry again and everyone is happy

Hermione and ron were always arguing with each other because they didn't know, in the first few books, how they felt for each other, then later it was jealousy or because they hurt each other because they wanted to know if the other liked them. You only have to read the Deathly hallows to know the full extent of ron's un-conditional love for hermione
