yea the only thing i can say is that at least emergency rooms take sick people in here in the USA... most countries they do as well but here you don't even have to pay if you don't have the money like me... they never even sent me a bill when i got pneumonia because i am a veteran - even though the veterans hospital didn't see me (they weren't opened so late at night) they paid for my ER visit.... We NEED a Universal System...

THEY upheld the ruling as a tax... THEY have also found in the past that the right to free SPEECH also applies to the written word and visual art... so, yeah there's a little bit of, y'know, interpretation in the words... the right of Congress to tax applies to penalties such as the individual mandate as well.

wow you really don't read very well do you? i didn't say Medicaid ITSELF was unconstitutional mate, i said the changes attempted by the Obamacare BILL to Medicaid were deemed UNCONSTITUTIONAL BECAUSE it violates the BILL OF RIGHTS - as the SC said... the states have to deal with medicaid so the bill has ZERO effect on it, which is what really needed help.

the modern republican party and the modern democratic party are the SAME THING... they are so much alike really every other country on earth considers us to have a ONE PARTY system... like back in Japan in the first half of the 20th century - there were three parties in their version of parliament but ALL had the SAME EXACT beliefs and ideals so really it is only one choice... Libertarians, Constitutionalists, and Bill of Rights activists really don't have much of a choice beside 3rd party...
