We have a 2 party system that gives the illusion of democracy. There's only two parties, the party picks a candidate, and then the citizens vote for their left over table scraps. I voted for a 3rd party president, Cynthia Mckinney, this past election cycle and will continue to do so. I wasn't old enough to vote for or against Bush. BTW, Al Gore won the popular vote the first time around, but the electoral college gave it to Bush.

Yes, I am also from and living in America. I am learning Turkish and Russian, while considering Arabic. It's never good to judge an entire people on the acts of a handful. Even if that handful is their government. I will say that I am happier now that Obama is in office. Still a little weary though, I don't want to assume he's a great guy and then have him turn out to do something bad for our nation.

Speak for yourself. Why should we pitty someone that sits back and does nothing against a regime that they, admitedly, know is wrong?

Remember, these guys voted for Bush.. Any obscure tale about counted votes and not counted votes can not change the fact that a majority was for him. Bush is a product of the country, not the other way around.

This is absolutly FALSE! The history of this song is on the cover of Limited Edition of Volk (you can find it also on wiki). The Polish anthem is just a cover version. So learn before you write something.
