Let's address a few simple social problems and follow the logic trail where it leads us, shall we?

And as always, feel free to spread this around.

  • I love the Venus Project and I've watched many of your videos and TONS of Jacque interviews. My only question, How do we get from our current system to the resource-based economy Jacque has presented? I want to actually help create this emergent culture, just as every educated human being wishes to do.

  • @RolyatDerTeufel That's always the challenging question, and it's very personal. It depends on what you're capable of doing. Some people can start non-profit groups whose goal is to help provide abundance in some way. Or start a for-profit business, but with an RBE mindset, not a profit based one. Use the system against itself. Or, work with friends and such and start an organic food give-away project. Think global, start local.

  • @TZMSocialEvolution My family has actually started to grow our own food, and I have said to not use pesticides and similar things. I've recently seen an increase of homeless in my home town, as soon as this food is grown I'm going to start helping those people. Reminding people that there is someone that cares for someone else other then their family is a great way to bring social unity. Which in the downfall of the "economy" people really need that reassurrence.

  • @RolyatDerTeufel Excellent! :)

  • 3;50 "in the social sciences relevant to TVP playlist."

Did you know that heritability of traits is objectively and quantitatively established by studying twins and/or adoptees?

  • @hitssquad Adoptees? I'd like to see the reports on that, but on some level I can see that happening...as a guess though. Traits clicking on or off based on the environment the child is reared in seems to be a significant factor in behavioral development and even human reprogramming in later years, albeit much harder, like fighting addictions.

  • its retarded. and no, we dont have recources to feed the world.

  • I love how author of the video has over simplified thinking. People would like to see the world as they see it, but the thing is, everyone is different and sees it differently and acts in ways you would never act which in returns seems illogical for you yet it's logical and makes sense for person who does that.

  • @hitssquad well, i picked the first definition, u picked the second one. w/e.

well, one could say eating and drinking is purely genetic. everything as far as i know that has the genes to eat, will eat. speech will depend on environment. it depends on how much ur willing to stretch the hypothetical environment.

quantified heritabilities? didnt i name them by saying greed and vengeance? and behaviors like these, sure theyre heritable, but the point here is these behaviors are changeable.

  • @UnluckyGambler "TVP will revolutionize the educational system"

That explanation isn't detailed. It's vague.

  • @UnluckyGambler "Heritability: Capable of being inherited."

No: merriam-webster. com/dictionary/heritability "2 : the proportion of observed variation in a particular trait (as height) that can be attributed to inherited genetic factors in contrast to environmental ones"

    .

"the behaviors that are affected by only genetics"

    There are none.

    .

"The behaviors that TVP seeks to change are greed, vengeance, etc."

Please name the quantified heritabilities of those.

  • @hitssquad Heritability: Capable of being inherited.

TVP will revolutionize the educational system by providing state of the art educational programs filled with the forefront of knowledge in every field, to everyone in the world.

the behaviors that are affected by only genetics have little hindrance on social changes proposed by TVP. These behaviors include speech, walking upright, eating and drinking, etc.. The behaviors that TVP seeks to change are greed, vengeance, etc., very malleable.

  • @UnluckyGambler "genes = propensity, not inevitability."

Do you know what the term "heritability" means?

    .

"this does not pose a problem to the venus project"

Please explain, in great detail, how the Venus Project is going to accurately program the minds of its residents, given what has been learned so far through quantitative behavioral genetics.

  • @hitssquad genes = propensity, not inevitability. environment can turn on or off many behavioral genes. the twins raised in different parts of the world, or even in the same family, can grow up to be similar in many aspects of their behavior, but different in other aspects.

this does not pose a problem to the venus project, if that is ur concern.
