Obama would not cast a vote on law to restrict the location of Adult Businesses (Porno, Strip Clubs, etc.) to within 1,000 feet of elementary, secondary, and preschools, parks, places of worship.
SB485 (1999)
Obama voted Yes to give offer of "Good Time" for sex offenders sentenced to county jail.
*Obama was the only one voting yes
SB 1661 (2002)
Voted NO to protect babies.
Nurses testified that preterm living, breathing babies were being thrown into medical waste bins.
