Think u got a faulty one because I have the too faced at night palette & they are all buttery soft. Sometimes also shadows have an almost seal on them & after removing or using the first tiny layer you get a different feel of the shadows. Could be either.

I am soooooo loving your turtle....absolutely too cute!! Mind if I ask where you got it from? Love it! (I'm singing this.) Lol. I haven't yet tried any of the Too Faced products, but I love the way they package their shadows. Glad I viewed this...I think I'll go for the Naked Pallet. Thanks Susie!
