im thinking about doing the lap bang but i am a littile afrade.but i have an apointment with the doctor jan. 3 my wieght is effecting my heailth.Even tho a am afrade i have to do whats right and watcthing your video makes me want keep to going. but is it safe thanks for your video you posted.

I been considering the lap band but I'm kind of scary, any advice you can give me? I would like to get it done on January. I'm 230 and my goal weight is 130.
