f*cked up leg/fractured

i was doing double ulbs(same leg) and as i landed my one foot didnt sitck it exactly and it hit my knee and at first i thought it was broken but its justy fractured
(I Am now looking at this video today at 2-14-09 and owww, it just gives me shivers up my spine)
