  • They are totally correct. I'm that super skinny dude trying to gain weight and a year ago I attempted to do this except I had a protein shake with some peanut butter in it. This still wasn't enough food. I felt super fatigued after squatting, deadlifting, or bench pressing to the point where I would feel like passing out. I now work out after my 5PM meal and I have much more energy and never feel fatigued.

  • Aigght I go gym about 11-11:30 in the morning, but finish around an hour or two later should i train with an empty stomach still?? Cause I'm trying to lose body fat atm!

  • i sraight eat dennys out of their supply, then take my androgen tabs, followed by 1 cup of unicorn blood before my workouts, cause im gonna do whatever the****i wanna do

  • @StatDaddy0508 im no expert but they had a video saying that the best time to have a protein shake is right after your workout. I have been eating oatmaeal before working out as well and it feels like it gives me more energy. But then I eat a shit load after my workout lol.

  • I read mixed opinions on this subject. One camp says to workout on an empty stomach because your body will burn more fat and increase GH and T production. The other says you need fuel for your workout. I found mixing to 2 scoops Xplode with 8oz of water and 8oz of pineapple juice works good for me. If you feel hungry when you're working out it is because your blood sugar levels are low, and you should eat/drink some simple carbs before working out, or you can do whatever the fuck you wanna do.

  • @statdaddy0508 I eat 4 eggs before and drink n.o xplode (a pre workout drink by BSN) it gets me focused through my whole workout. I drink whey right after

  • @StatDaddy0508 that's great, but it's preferable to have the whey after the workout, it'll get burnt up as energy during the workout, you need it to repair your muscles, postworkout.
