To celebrate my birthday and my first non wrestling weekend in awhile (thanks Hydra) I thought I'd give back a little PSA to help all you fat wrestling fans out there. I know eating junk makes you feel better about living in your moms basements, having no girlfriends, getting pwned on Halo 3, not being in a sweet frat, having less than 8 friends on your myspace, no one taging you on facebook etc but its not the way to live a healthy life! So watch it and be happy. Also I included a typical tim donst day to give you some guidelines on how to live better with activies and healthy diet in your life. For example a typical Tim Donst day begins like so:
6: 30 am Wake up 6 45 Sugar Free Red bull 7:00 am Breakfast of 6 White egg yolks, 1 mulit-grain piece of toast, 9.2 ounces low sugar orange juice 8:00 am 6 mile run 8:10 am Tuna packet 8:45 am feeling good Sugar Free Redbull 9:00 am You tube myself 9: 30 am Pre workout meal of brown rice, baked salmon 10: am Get to the gym check myself out in the mirror 10 30 am Talk to hotty behind the desk 10 45 am Hit on hottys friend that she stopped to talk to 10 50 am Fake txt while I talk to them both, so they know I have a ton of friends. 11 am Find the biggest mirror to lift in front of so I can watch myself grunt and drop weights 11 15 am shower 12 15 pm Hotty is talking to some tool now. Laterz 3 PM After workout meal Muscle Milk 3 30 PM Take a nap from all the hard work I did in the gym 6 PM Call up Chad see what hes up to. He's hitting up the club tonight, I'm there. Better eat dinner 6 30 PM Grilled Chicken Salad extra lettuce no dressing or croutons 7 PM Take a long shower 9 30 PM Sugar Free Red bull 10 PM Party started an hour ago at the club, can't be the first one there 10 30 PM Last meal of the day. Whey Protein Shake 11 00 PM Hit up the club and let everyone see the hard work I put into my diet and tough training
