@kevseb66, Can you prove what you just said? State your source. Show some evidence with such a statement as that. How could a fight or flight response cause heart disease? Show some evidence that some heart attacks were caused by long term anxiety. I don't believe it.

The terrible thing is that the longer the body is assulted with anxiety the higher the danger of an actual heart attack & not just the symptoms or the fear as horrible as the fear feels.
