I did cornstarch this year and I think it tasted better and had a better consistency. In the past I've typically done flour because it's cheaper. But I'm trying to be more mindful of this.

I have never heard of anyone using flour, I thought you ALWAYS used cornstarch (or arrowroot). Why is this a big deal?
