hey ima soccer player and since of last year i started doing a lot of deadlifts squats and basic movements, and it turns out it really helped my game, can anyone suggest some other exercises that can help with leg power/strength or back strength ? im looking to especially strengthen my hamstrings any tips would be much appreciated... btw the strongman vids are sick :D

@TOBigNasty65 Can someone be around 270 lbs and be strong and fast as well? Some people say that it is impossible since lots of sprinters and etc are lightweights? Is there any disadvantage of being around 270 lbs?

@MegaMrname nope, they have lightweight strongman...and mariusz pudzianowski was around 270, also helped him move alot faster.

@TOBigNasty65 This guy can do 545 lbs deadlift for a set of 7? Even 500lbs max is great ;-) I thought strongmans need to be at least 300 pounds.

@MegaMrname ive never a video of tom squating or benching, he has deadlift videos on his page, but its not maxing. one of the videos is a 545 dl for a set of 7. and he has front squat video where he maxes
