Ted Carrington of New Jersey speaks on the fight against the proposal to establish a carbon capture and sequestration plant in Linden, New Jersey which will add to the list of toxic facilities which pepper the landscape of New Jersey and disproportionately impact communities of color. He also eloquently describes how the toxins from these facilities are so intersectional with many of the social issues in the community.
