He means that ND was corporate socialism, which is what the definition of fascism is. I would disagree, but still the difference is small because it`s all big government dirigism and collectivism and propaganda for the serfs. Also just because someone appears to be fighting it doesn`t mean they`re really enemies at the top. FDR, Mussolini, Hitler and Stalin were all controlled by their source of financing. That means Wall Street.

he left out Prescott Bush and the UBC bank NYC role in funding the nazi party.. (yes, bush's grandfather).. who was later prosecuted under Truman's "trading with the enemies act" .. files were kept sealed in what was once know as WTC 7. (enrons files were kept there too)
