http://www.motivatedfitness.net Here I am, well into Round 3 of my P90x Journey. I am currently doing what I call a "washboard" Hybrid which focuses on core strength and flexibility. I am also increasing protein consumption from plant based products.

  • good formula..but those exercises doesn't give u that body.

  • @vitto Exactly... it's the exercises AND the nutrition plan. I commented earlier how after my mid 30s I was turning into "that guy" with the decent arms and chest, but HUGE gut. P90X helped to slim my core. Check out my before and after pics on my website at motivatedfitnessdotnet

  • Are you strictly p90x?

  • @chopstix66 I;m doing P90X2 right now and loving the results. Very good for the core.. Before this came out, I was doing P90X2/Insanity hybrids. This provided a nice mixture of cardio and resistance training. I also do a LOT of extreme hiking and adventure races.

  • Nice work man, i'm not a fan of the insanity stuff, but p90x is a good routine, but with the level of dedication you obviously put into it, i doubt you even needed the program at all. Nice Video too.

  • @Chivalrous420 P90X helped me to understand the importance of a clean approach to my nutrition. Now that I am at my target weight and bodyfat%, I can eat in moderation.

  • @skicrazy121 PISH POSH..U MAD?

  • @vitto Besides, regardless of time, you said those exercises don't give you that body. He's doing the same exercises he would be doing at a gym-SO YES THEY WOULD!

  • @vitto Dude he's not Hercules, he's not Mr.Olympia. If he's well into round 3, then he's been at it more like 8 months. If he started at 350 lbs.,yes, it would take alot longer. But

depending on where he started (say 30-40 lbs. overweight), those results are attainable in that time. Look at what P90X has done for others. Judging from your reaction, i'm apparently dealing with a high school, drama queen punk with no knowledge of what he's mouthing off about. Grow up-and educate yourself!

  • @skicrazy121 are you his bitch? six months doesn't give you that body..it takes years if you do it naturally.

Stop being a little bitch..U MAD?

  • @vitto You've been hating on this guy for the last month. It's obvious that you're jealous of his results. Yes, you can get in that kind of shape if you follow the program. Remember, as he said above, he's in round 3 of P90X. Which means he's been at it for over 6 months. Look around on youtube, there are many other guys that have gotten similar results. Let me do the math for you:

Hard work + dedication = RESULTS! And those guys are proof!

    Don't HATE-APPRECIATE!

  • what kind of resistance bands are those they seem like they would not rip like mine always do

  • Nice...btw it's cause your black...lol

  • @12815923 skin color hides lines and imperfections

  • wow

  • IMovie forever!!! Really good man!! Bravo!
