@Jsledge85 The UNITED STATES is a corporation not a country. Not just a corporation but one owned by foreign interests. Why should anyone go and die for this foreign corporation? But you put down MLK because he was against the war. All US citizens are debt slaves since all they own is pledged for the national debt. There is no provision to pay the principle on the national debt so they are in perpetual debt ie peons.Google The Orphan Constitution and learn about the fraud. Good luck.

@whitefly2 I have been to college, I graduated with a bachelors in political science from a private university ranked in the top fifty. I thought I clearly conveyed my graduation status in my last comment, but maybe my words left some ambigouity. I am currently attending my last semester of law school.

@Jsledge85 Well I was alive during the Vietnam war and lots of people were against the war. Robert McNamara before he died admitted that the Gulf of Ton kin incident that was the pretext for the war never happened. Young men died trying to protect this country when in reality we were the aggressor. Lawyers are a dime a dozen. Since you haven't been to college then I can assume your just a wet behind the ears punk and sure do have a lot to learn.

@yinjara I called MLK a "Marxist," because central elements of his speeches trace their inspiration to liberation theology and socialist theory. MLK made passionate appeals to radical egalitarianism, redistributive economics, and condemned the alleged inequities produced by liberal economics. MLK's associated with Bayard Rustin, Jack O'Dell, Stanley Levison, Myles Horton, Abner Berry, Don West, and James Dombrowski, all of whom were current or former members of the Communist Party!

@whitefly2 With all due respect, I can hardly be blamed for not serving in Vietnam, since I was born more than ten years after Saigon fell. I don't understand why my socio-economic status has any relevance, but since you brought it up, I estimate I was born into a family somewhere in the upper 40%. I can presumably expect to rise to the upper 20% with an undergraduate degree from a prestigious private university and a law degree.

@Jsledge85 I'll just bet you didn't serve in Vietnam. Your a typical chicken hawk. I'll also bet that your in the bottom 85% that owns only 20% of the wealth.

@stargazn00 huh??

@Jsledge85 Do some damn research before you start throwing adjectives like "Marxist" around. It's ignorant calling anyone that in a negative way. Really are all you people still living in the 40s bullshit of the "Red Scare" still? In case you havn't realized, a "Marxist" country is kicking our ass right now, and probably will in the next few years. when people mean "Marxist" they really mean "i need a word to defame someone and Nazi is too strong." ,,,,,, But yeah, he dont deserve a holiday.
-
@itkapatanka Not necessarily, just psuedo-Marxist who advance a political platform that is inherently oppossed to the well being of the American peple (i.e. the Caucasian majority) under the guise of equality and egalitarianism. This man does not deserve a national holiday, he does not deserve maryrdom. MLK has an FBI file that spans fourteen shelves and is sealed for twenty more years by court order. He is not the man, modern society honors him as.
