in my opinion your hands are touching the ground late when doing the raiz, which is why the speed is lost before you do the flashkick,
try to make the raiz lower and faster and you'll get it

In my opinion, Don't bend your back too early. bending the back too soon, will eliminate your height-length. YuFo
