but the people in the museum saw this dog and did nothing
i wish that we could save all dogs but some people choose to turn their back of the needy
and the fact he had the dog there as a form of ART?

that fucker has no heart!!!>:(
"but the people in the museum saw this dog and did nothing" Exactly. That's one of the key points of this exhibition. There was no sign reading "Do not feed this animal". No orders were given to starve the dog. But nobody cut the rope loose or brought in food. The only thing people did is go home to their computers and write a blog about how awful it is. We're so quick to recognise ourselves as kind and benevolent and pass the blame unto the "piece of shit" who presented this situation to us.

There is absolutely no evidence that this dog died in the museum. There is also no evidence that the dog survived. The only facts we have is that in 2007 a dog was in a state of starvation and thousands of people were in outcry about it.
But, at this very moment, there is another starving dog on the street. Where's the petition for that dog? There is also a human being starving to death. Where's the petition for him/her? All I see in these comments is people wishing death upon another person.
