An "artist" from Costa Rica - Guillermo Habacuc Vargas - as an installation piece took a dog from the street and caused it to suffer and starve to death in the name of Art.

Let me know the next time this pathetic piece of shit plans on starving an animal for art or any other purpose and I swear as God as my witness I will hunt this guy down with the help of others opposed to this and I promise I will make sure this sub-human never harms an animal or any other living thing while i"m alive.
