hows the addon called that shows howlong it cost to shoot and how long it takes to shoot steady shot,

Can you give me a link to the Wave Maper DPS meter thing? i cant find it. ihave recount but not the wave maper thing. Thanks

2- Open the gear looking thing for settings
3- Click Window
4- Click DPS
5- ???
6- Profit.
