San Francisco and New York have the highest infection rates, hmm coincidently these states have a high concentration of gay men.

Well that doesn't surprise me the least that Georgia has an astronomically high rate of infection as opposed to other areas. For one thing, Atlanta and other surrounding areas are havens for black gay men - who contract HIV at FAR higher rates than any other race.
