@rabbidfishy Wouldn't be surprised if they are trying to develop them. I remember reading on one of the science magazines last year that some people were actually pretty close to replicating some of the features.

If we were tryin to kill everyone in Iraq it would be alot easier. The problem is that we are fighting certain militia groups. It would be much easier to kill everyone, but then the world would flip out.
