There's a 2 year warranty and a 1 year on the battery pack dip shits they have to give you a new one. And for all the other dip shits out there who are complaining I suggest doing the same and if ur to retarded and didn't get the warrenty than it's ur fault. There's 3% chance that an ASUS G series laptop will crash. So to you good sir I say UN FUCKN LUCKY

I am sick of all this "Its an easy fix crap" ITS NOT, I have had mine back to Asus that many times I am on a first name basis with the Techs and they cant fix it either. Its a highly unstable unit, the update driver software doesnt work and they recommend uninstalling it, manually updating also doenst work. Asus then asked me NOT TO INSTALL ANYTHING. Whats the point, but I did it and guess what .. It still bluescreens. Motherboard has been replaced, Ram checks you name it, its not worth it.

reboot it dude theres nothing wrong with it, if there is its a minor issue like a ram module, theres 3 underneath the laptop above the hardrives, remove 1 at a time to check which one it is. this laptop has already proven itself over all others, if you pick something else then your settling for second best, its definitely worth the wait

the major problem is the size of the mouse pad as well...ergonomics fail! everytime you try to type something, your palms hit the mouse pad and it suddenly takes u to a whole new place....wtf! now only that the key board always lacks.....i am a college student, and i have to write tons of papers, i type fast and when you do that with this...it just lags and misses a lot of keys.....
