Candice's POV
I ran down the stairs, tears running down my face.
"Whats wrong?" Kevin asked me, but I kept on going out the door.
I shut it tight. I ran a few blocks away, and I didn't even know where I was. I sat down on the sidewalk and started crying my eyes out.
I sat there for at least 20 minutes.
"You ok?" I heard a voice behind me say.
I turned around and saw Kevin standing there.
"Y-ya.. i'm fine." I whimpered.
"Mind if I sit down?" he asked me.
I nodded my head, and he sat down next to me.
"Joe right?" he asked.
I slowly nodded my head, and the tears started coming again.
Kevin put his arm around me. I lay my head on his shoulder.
"It's just... e-everything seemed so p-perfect and-" I started saying, but Kevin put a finger to my lips.
"I understand" he whispered.
I smiled at him and I cuddled into his chest. After about 10 minutes, Kevin spoke.
"I should get you home" he said.
He helped me up, and we walked to my house together in silence. When we got to the front door, Kevin turned to look at me.
"If you're ever feeling down, call me" he said.
Then, the unexpected happened. I felt mixed feeling toward Joe, and I felt like getting revenge for him dumping me. I grabbed Kevins face and pulled it towards mine. His warm lips crashed with mine, and we stood there, kissing, until I heard a "click".
I let go of Kevin, and we turned to see Gabi standing there.
"G-Gabi!" he exclaimed.
"Hmmm... I wonder what Alexis will think if i show this to her?" she asked herself.
"You wouldn't!!!" he said.
"Hmmm... ya, i would!!" she said, and she ran off.
"I- i gotta go catch her" Kevin said, and he started running.
"I-i'm sorry!!" I called out to him.
He looked behind, gave me a small smile, and kept running.
As soon as I got in the house, I slid onto the floor, leaning against the door. What had I just done? Could I have just ruined Kevin and Alexis's relationship?
