I believe you...it does make sense that it's the oldest because New York is one of the oldest states. But it's still not a 100% pure Old West experience...to get that, you have to see sagebrush, tumblin' tumbleweeds, and hear the Western accents (as opposed to Yankee accents). I'm not dissing them by any means...just not for me. If I wanna go to a ranch, I want a true Western experience.

while i sort of agree with you, it's not like Deep Hollow is some sort of imitation ranch...it's the oldest cattle ranch in America. It's very much legit.

It looks like fun, but you can't really experience the West in New York. If you want to go to a real ranch in the real West, go to Black Mountain Ranch in McCoy, Colorado.
