@th3m8ngtree Because a supercharger is only good at low rpm's while a turbo is better at higher Rpms and give more power in general.

@N3verShoutAlways h22's like the motor in the prelude, have alot of power at high rpms, but it suffers in the low end section, supercharger give it instant low end torque and gets it to 5200 (vtec) quick then vtec does the rest of the job, supercharger helps

Cost just over $3000 from JacksonRacing. To get it tuned and running smooth, another $500-$1000. It was fun, but I didn't have the budget to get it where I wanted it.
