An on-line recruiting process for volunteers building Habitat for Humanity homes

Describing the What and Why of a system for capturing volunteer data on-line when they signup for work shifts. The system is a simple web page using ordinary html which then links to user to a spreadsheet calendar on Google. The available slots during shifts on given dates are hyperlinked to a Google form into which the volunteer enters their contact data. This data automatically updates a registration list (also a Google spreadsheet) which can only be accessed by the volunteer coordinator.
