Swing is too flat, get your hands higher at the top of your backswing. Try standing up more at address, and move your hands a little to the left as well (should keep your wrists from breaking at the beginning of the backswing).
I love your tempo, and your shoulder turn. Once you get more comfortable with your new swing plane, you can hinge your wrists more and let the club go farther parallel and get more distance.
Good looking swing, that could become great.

Keeping the back leg more stable will in itself help your plane. As a drill put two balls under the outside of your back foot. Also, learn to hit your driver from your knees. Hit balls with your feet together.
Don't forget where the scoring happens.

your backswing is too flat........you also get very laid off at the top of the backswing. Try not to straighten you right leg all the way as it can cause fat shots and a lack of power.

Just so that you know i am pretty sure that your swing is too flat and you should work on having the club point directly at your target at the top of your swing making the club flat and parralell with your shoulder blades. Enjoy your success with that.
Great swing you have there. Take a look at a PGA Player named Jonathan Byrd. You have his build and your swing resembles his. Really not much to correct except try taking the club back straight on the takeaway. Looks like you take the club back a bit inside. Do you hook the ball a lot?

I don't hook as much anymore, but most of my misses seem to be pulls. The take-away is what I've been working on lately (keeping my wrist cocked).
I've done pretty much what GolfingAg has suggested and have made my swing a bit more vertical. Thank you for the Johnathan Byrd compliment! The last time I went and played a guy said I resembled Charles Howell
