I have eaten a 100% plant-based diet since 1985, 99% raw since 1999 and 100% raw since 2001. No pills, powders or gimmicks either. After you understand REAL NUTRITION, do it right, and discover efficient fitness, you will be in the best shape and certainly the best health of your entire life. REAL HEALTH means zero suffering from "colds" or "flu, no more undue fatigue and remarkable endurance. I am 50 years old and only train 90 minutes total per week. PS I do not do curls! Ps- Please forgive the jumpy nature of this vid!

  • @elfe1982 Thank you; I am just sharing what happens when an "old man of 52" who is a genetic structure wreck (not designed for lifting the heavy-for me- necessary for results), works out only an hour per WEEK (hard) and eats a totally raw vegan diet, no supplements or pills powders or gimmicks.

  • you look healthy and fit and strong what more do ppl want? lets compare real ppl to real ppl. not the juiced guys in the bodybuilding mags. and not the arnold Swaz. of the world who admit they used roids. or even sly stallone who was busted for transporting human growth hormone on a plane. i say hats off this dude.

  • @ringbolt9 Thanks for understanding. You get it. I am just demonstrating what happens when you eat nothing but fruits & vegetables for a decade and train an hour per WEEK, with sub-standard structural genetics ( long limbs; weak narrow lower back). At least you know that you cannot compare apples to oranges. Some people let ego get in the way of an experiment. I want to share my experience; hopefully to motivate others a little bit into a 100% plant based diet. Health is the main thing.

  • @guntfucker "Big" w/ poor health is easy. You speak "A Posteriori" AND you have not seen me lately. You also do not understand (not your fault) how I eat. I do not eat many vegetables, my diet has evolved to an athlete's super raw diet. NO SUPPLEMENTS- that is for sure! They can not compare, and my "A Priori" experience and the cliniical evidence of my clients proves that, to me. PS-Even here in the Northeast, where produce is not the best, it still beats what most have been brainwashed to eat.

    Humans are by their Anatomy, Physiology, Biology and Nature Raw Vegans, that is indisputable

    Tigers and Sharks are Carnivores, Not Humans, totally different of animal, so keep studying there skippy, you still have quite alot to learn, keep an open mind , you'll  learn someday : )

  • @RawFitChris Yes isn't it facinating how a natural diet improves just everything? Respect, I have been eatin a vegan diet for 3 years, and vegetarian for 5.. all of my allergies, cronical illnesses disappreared and i started to run a half marathon :)

  • @treefellonya i live in the northwest suburbs in illinois, and i do just fine in the winter. There are still good enough organic fruits and veggies to choose from
