@rain228 the vatican recognizes the r.o.c. taiwan offically. but you have to understand the vatican city is a seperate country and is the headquarters of the catholic church not other christian churches. the ccp doenst recognize the vatican because the vatican recognizes the r.o.c. the catholic churches in china are isolated from the vatican for that reason. they should be connected with the vatican like all catholic churches. but the ccp wont deal with them unless they drop the r.o.c.
