Since making tamales is long process ,I had to make it in 3 parts. I feel bad because all of my you tube friends are trying to eat healthy and exercise. This is a once a year kind of treat.I hope you enjoy it.

very nice but no way do I like that much cumin I dont like the flavor either.

what liquid is in that blender? I have heard people use water and others use the broth. Which way is she doing it in the video?

This is how you know the food is going to be good, when you measure your spices with dishes and hands, lol. I love it! Tia Dora should open up her own restaurant. I'd be a regular customer if I lived near by. :)
