so this is the third time i've posted this video today...because youtube is sleeping with george bush (okay that has nothing to do with anything...) the end of this video is supposed to be sped up...is it?
i love the quality of mp4 but i don't think youtube can handle that..so i'm stuck with the shitty quality of avi

yea i workout...like three times a week for about an 90min and I don't eat after 7.30pm.
i don't work out too much, i tend to lose too much weight if i do....
the bobble head look is not for me.
