MK4 VR6 golf knock/rattle - diagnosis

Soo idk.. rod shifter? vlave adjustment? timing chain? my car has this annoying rattle/knock through out all rpms, cold start or not. here is multiple videos on different ocasions of whats going on... my oil pressure light also comes on, idk if has to do with same problem? give me your opinion

in a nutshell::::

-rattle/knock? valves? shifter rod? timing chain?
-oil pressure light, moderate smell of oil when hot, mobil 1 oil change every 3-4k
-acceleration cuts off somtimes like in the freeway and stuff. it will coast for a couple of seconds, jerk back and forth then snap back into gear???

For the oil light to come on i would assume thats the oil pump for sure,but that sounds kinda like a valve tic,not 100% though
