I need help!

@fergo123 Oh you're so nice, I loveyou! I think it's made in USA but I'm not sure. Or atleast, I think it's drawn in the same style as the classic 80s cartoons, like TMNT, He-Man, Thundercats, X-men, all of those.

Hmm...I can't really think of what it could possibly be. I thought about Ichabod and Mr. Toad for a second, but I don't think that's it. I'll keep my eyes pealed for it though!!
