@JefferyDrumpants yes, but do you notice how he switches between hitting them straight on and swiping? He's "equalizing" the ware on the hi-hat. He's hitting the cymbals straight on.

@HandsHeldHighRock eh, theyre just a customs. if you see how he hits them, how he side swipes, thats why they take a beating. its the proper technique so theyll last longer. :p
