Kachlany U for a Day

On October 22, UMDNJ will hold its first University for a Day, at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick. Come learn the latest information about vaccines designed to eliminate cancers, warning signs and treatments for heart disease, infectious diseases, myths and miracles of plastic surgery, and pain management. Dr. Scott Kachlany, who speaks in this video, is a microbiologist who teaches at UMDNJ-New Jersey Dental School. He will discuss a potentially revolutionary new drug that he and his research team are developing. Leukothera is a therapeutic agent designed to target malignant white blood cells that develop in patients with leukemia. while sparing other healthy cells in the body that are damaged by standard chemotherapy.
