i just started drumming like 3 days ago but my set isnt NEAR as big as yours do i need a set THAT big to play stuff like you did?

Not necessarily... if you listen to the recording, it's actually pretty simple.
I was just using the whole set to make it look cool... I added a lot of things to it.
Good luck with your drumming! I remember when I first started playing. It's really fun once you know what you're doing.

This is terrible IMO just because this sounds nothing like the real song or anything close, because the beginning is composed of mainly cymbals which sounds terrible...actually the cymbals are overpowering everything else.... so it's hard to hear the drums at all....

Making my drumming completely different than the Rev's was kinda the whole point of this video. I can easily do it how it's originally done, but I'm not putting any originality in it that way, and I'm not necessarily putting as much effort as I could.
