  • Hi there! No particular reason. We tend to wear socks in our videos because it is our studio policy for our clients to wear socks. We like sanitary! If anything, wearing socks also helps keep your feet warm and agile.

    Does wearing socks have any affect, like blood flow? I am just curious?
