@paintradford And the paws too! They drag in everything. Mine had a matt an I trained her to wipe her own feet on the way in the door every time.

@Monty1994 I just used baby powder and brushed it out. The powder tended to "grab" any grime causing the stains.

@cutegal2402 I only bathed mine about twice to three times a year. There is no need to over bathe an OES but, grooming requirements are still very, very demanding. They are WONDERFUL dogs but, I wish more people understood their needs before getting one. You MUST start grooming from the day you get your puppy or you will have an unruly dog that won't let you groom the belly, ears, paws, toes etc.

@TheAussieboy11 Okay, you need to start by brushing them every single day when a puppy to get them used to it. It takes about four hours a week to keep one OES groomed properly. That is if you stay totally on top of it. On bath days it's about six hours from start to finish. They take a LONG time to dry completely. They are double coated and the undercoat can easily matt if you do not brush them each day. Hair gets in their ears and has to be pulled out too.

He is much better behaved than my OES when it comes to bath time he runs around and makes us catch him
