Mer's POV:
After their break-up (because Derek kissed Rose) Meredith can't get over him. First she thinks about the times when they were together then she tries to get over him with Cristina's help. But she just can't and she gets drunk. When she goes back to the hospital the next morning she sees Derek and runs away. Then he realizes that he misses her too. And the end, you can guess it or see it!! xD

As much as I love this song and video, I love Derek and Meredith when they're together but I hate it when they're apart like when Derek left her for that slut Rose. They deserve to be together!
