I have found a better way to lose weight fast!

I'm trying to find info on replacing metformin. it may cause my so no constantly eat. this is very expensive. he wil not exersise or try the apple cyder vinegar which i've used in my diabetic treatment in my diet for 20 plus years. any suggestions?

@goodplans4you Whats funny is that you can actually make you're own chocolate out of coconut oil. It is similar to cocoa butter in that it melts between 70-90 degrees F.

My fav way to eat coconut oil is to melt a couple of tablespoons.... then add about 20 semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips.... and then I spread it over wax paper on a plate and FREEZE. :) Then in just afew minutes I have this fabulous rich luxurious chocolate treat!

Not all fats are bad to our health. We need some of them in order for us to stay strong and fit but make sure that we are in moderate amount to in take these good fats.

The prior comment " coconut oil is terrible for you " I'm to the point where I don't even know what to say to morons like that ! I would have such a hard time trying to find any info online to support that wrong theory , yet that ignorant moron just throws it out there as if its a fact. My new attitude is this ; its not my job to save idiots from themselves ...period not fires , floods , foods or hell now I just shove them in the direction they are already headed

It works! I eat a spoon full two times a day in my soup and about 12oz coconut milk in my protien shake. I lost about 6 pounds in a week...Im addicted it taste so good. If anyone would like to know my diet regimen, feel free to contact me.
People needs to realize that we DO need helathy fats. Fats in our body do so many things from helping to keep water in our bodies to lubricating our muscles, bones, ligaments, and organs like the heart. We burn more calories when we get our daily intake of healthy fats.

Coconut oil was determined "bad" for us for purley financial reasons. Since the low-fat scam began we see more heart disease and obesity. Before that, people ate meats, eggs, cream and cooked with lard and were thinner and healthier.
