To be honest in swat It DOES NOT MATTER if you are a spartan or elite if your the average player or the top player then you should know that having your reticle at a steady view, Leading Shots, and especially knowing common jump out spaces is what a lot of swat is about then you would have no problem dying or killing either one easier. And then theres that part where its all about connection and Ping. A good connection for swat is 12mbps and a very low ping. Probably a ping of around 14-27.
