I'd suggest going with the lightest kettlebell you own. If all you have is a 1.5 pood (52 lbs), order a smaller one unless people routinely mistake you for Steve Reeves or Dave Tate. I have a 1 pood I use, and it is plenty of resistance. This is a mobility exercise, not a pure strength exercise.

Ebay has the best prices on kettlebells.The kettlebells from dragon door are the best.Most men start with either 35lb or 44lb.

Excellent drills! Thank you very much. Only thing is that my kettlebells (16 & 24 kg) are way too heavy for the halo drill.
