  • Hey, what happened to this video? I only hear the audio, cant see anything.

  • 16kg or 35 pounds :D master all the moves then move up :D

  • I'd suggest going with the lightest kettlebell you own. If all you have is a 1.5 pood (52 lbs), order a smaller one unless people routinely mistake you for Steve Reeves or Dave Tate. I have a 1 pood I use, and it is plenty of resistance. This is a mobility exercise, not a pure strength exercise.

  • Ebay has the best prices on kettlebells. The kettlebells from dragon door are the best. Most men start with either 35lb or 44lb.

  • What weight should I start with as a begginer? Thanks for any input.

  • Look up a trainer named Frankie Faires there in big D. He might be able to help you out.

  • eee nice

  • Actually now that I tried it, 16 kg kettlebell is just right for this drill

  • Excellent drills! Thank you very much.

  • Excellent drills! Thank you very much. Only thing is that my kettlebells (16 & 24 kg) are way too heavy for the halo drill.
