easyest way to do what you want (hard) is to open 2 tracks in one use audacitys sound removal tool to take away the music, other one take away the voice. then pitch the voice and add them together

i have audacity but how do you select only one of them? because i tried to select it but then you get both music and voice

i have another way and its kinda cool too, to add them together. so you get the original singer and them doing a duet lol. If you play with the tone a bit you can still give them the chipmunk voice and have almost the same music tone. that takes some experimentint too though. i usually pitch the voice and make it a bit stronger.
