Toyota LandCruiser Prado 3.0 D-4D fuel consumption

Red somewhere that the minimum fuel (average) consumption for the LandCruiser Prado (173 hp -- 2008) is 9.2l/100km.
When I saw the fuel consumption changing on the highway, I decided to put it on youtube because haven't found anything of fuel consumption yet. The computer thats calculates the consumption is calculating for 3000km orso now.

How long was the computer messuring the fuel consumption because if I resetted the meter back then and slowed down to 110 or so, i would be able to do 8,...L/100km to.

Do you have some sort of prove of it :P

mine is 8.3L/100KM
