  • @bonnevillejoe thats a jackson stock.

  • For that kinda dough it should have had the correct ESP style stock.

  • Now get Karl Sanders to demo this axe!

  • @TheBestGuitarSoloEVR i think they cut the dean headstock. i played around with some tape covering parts of mine and it looked like the one he had.

  • @oliplaysbass im not too haha

  • @PoetryEmotion94 it'd certainly make a lot of 13 yr old kids very happy!

I'm not one of those kids lol

  • @oliplaysbass LMAO !! $1299 no decimal. if it was $12.99 they would sell like hotcakes.

  • LOL WAS HIS ORIGINAL GUITAR A JACKSON? FUCK YEAH

  • They raped that guitar with the shitty Dean headstock. The original is awesome as hell, but personally, I would like some darker colours...

  • i think its good there sort of honoring him but at the same time they use his death as a way to make money

  • 333? bullshit, make more.

  • $12.99 you say? bargain!

  • i don't care what gear you have... YOU WILL NEVER BE DIME!

  • hot damn that looks sick!!!

  • @TheMetalerEricM True. I just thought that if a company were going to come up with an inlay design other than the generic dot, they'd call it theirs. Like Jackson with their Sharkfin, BC Rich with their diamonds, Ibanez with their sawtooth, etc. I guess my point is that alot of companies have their own unique designs that are not usually used by other companies.

  • @tenhundredkills Think of it like dot inlays. Every company uses them, but no one has patented them. Fender has been doing it since their existence and they havent touched it in a marketing way

  • @TheMetalerEricM I could've swore that Jackson had the Sharkfin design patented...then again, I could be wrong.

  • "We spared no expense on it"

    *Zooms in on DMT pickups*.

    Ohhhhhh dear.

  • @tenhundredkills No one patented the reverse sharkfin inlay so I doubt they would get pissed, even though they are highly recognizable on Jacksons.

  • @beefhasslehoff totally right. they were actually out of business when Pantera was getting huge, and Dime had to always look for new Deans in pawn shops when he was on tour. i read that fans would bring them to shows and backstage if Dime saw one that he liked, he'd get management to pay cash - sometimes as much as 2000 for a used ML. then Dean started his company again due to the new demand (thanks to Dime), and they've milked him ever since....it's a fanboy guitar. total bullshit.

  • @TeamXTREMEPANTERA he played Deans exclusively since he was a teenager. he won a Dean ML in a guitar contest in 1980 when he was 15. that one became the blue one with the lightening. he put a floyd rose on it, and a bill lawrence pick up. he played Dean guitars exclusively until 1994, when he started the relationship with washburn.

so he played Deans for at least 14 years.

  • this is what NOT to do with your hair if you're going bald.

  • I thought Jackson would be pissed with Dean for those reverse sharkfin/tooth inlays...

  • @CamHawesMusic011 i didnt know they went out of business, im surprised i thought people would be buying them because of dime
