Im good at hurdles but I started doing it my sophomore year I just can't get my form down I came 5 overall in ky last year with the time of 40.25. This year is my senior year and the state record is 37 I got to get this

im a senior this year and last year i ran a 35.38 im sure u can beat the record this year

with him being a left lead leg it actually lets him generate more speed coming around that corner. so when that left lead legs snap down he is going to end up running a shorter race then someone with a right lead leg
