This is me playing Stan Kenton's arrangement of "Send In The Clowns"

There are 4 sax parts, (I used a straight mute to simulate these, I also pitched the Bari part down an octave) 4 Trombone parts, ( I used a flugelhorn to simulate a trombone and also pitched 1 track down an octave and another down 2), 4 trumpet parts, and one solo part.

**There is a midi drum set and bass.

The ending is so abrupt because after this part it goes into Kenton's piano solo and it didn't work on trumpet so I just stopped there.

  • why do the notes hold over even though you took your mouth away from the horn?

  • When shooting a multitrack audio and video come from two separate sources. Then I open Sony Acid and try to sync them together....I can never line it up perfectly.

Thanks for watching and feel free to check out some of my other stuff!

  • on the solo part, did u put that up an octave? or is that u playing for real?

  • No, that's for real...pitching up is not like pitching down, if I were to try and pitch it up it would sound like a trumpet on helium (VERY unnatural and weird)
