Just relaxing in Goa....no, that's not ALL I do! This sequence of moves will help the intermediate / advanced yoga student. I couldnt do it perfectly because sand is actually a pretty useless base to do yoga on! But still, it was fun....here is the program if you need it....
*remember, these sequences are just warm ups - so they are fairly easy for an intermediate or advance student. In warm ups, no moves are held for long, and there is a LOT of variety...
1) Switch Stereo on!
2) Find "Numb"!
3) Tarasana arm variations (warm up)
4) Crow
5) Crow 3 (very slowley)
6) Crouching warrior with double sword (from the Chi Kri warrior sequence)
7) Plank
8) Dandasana dips
9) Downward dog 1
10) Pigeon pose with forward wings
11) Purvottanasana lifts
12) Sit-thru into winter tree
13) Baby crow
14) Naukasana
15) Naukasana sail swings
16) Soft shoulderstand
17) Cycles forward
18) Cycles backward
19) Shouderstand to Bridge 2
20) Bridge 3 to Winter tree
21) Shoulderstand rolls
22) Shoulderstand splits and twists
23) Cradle
